Avril Millar
Avril is a Director and Head of Corporate Governance in EGCA UK. She built an award winning private Wealth Management business which sold in 2009. She then undertook a 3 year CEO role to transform a global banking headhunting group and since has held a number of positions as advisor, NED or Chairman.
Robert Suss
Robert is an Advisor and Independent Chairman at EGCA UK. Proven track record of running, growing and turning around financial businesses. Following an 18-year career at Goldman Sachs, where he built a number of its  investment management business, Robert is now a director of Pace Holdings Corp, a TPG backed company, a founder of Global Tower Solutions and director of UK Agricultural Finance.

Alexander Mints
Alexander is a Managing Director of EGCA Cayman Islands, Member of Supervisory Board. Prior to that he held various posts at Alfa Capital, including Head of Analytics for Multi Family Office, Multi Family Office Senior Analyst. Mr. Mints held a position of Financial Supervision Specialist, Banking Transactions Monitoring Specialist and Economist at Risk Assessment Group at SDM Bank.
Simeon Djankov
Simeon is a Member of the Supervisory Board of EGCA UK, Non Executive Director of EGCA UK. He is director of the Financial Markets Group at the LSE as well. Previously he was deputy prime minister and minister of finance of Bulgaria from 2009-2013. Prior to this Djankov was chief economist of the finance and private sector vice presidency of the World Bank.  

Igor Mints
Igor is a Managing Director of EGCA Cayman Islands, Member of Supervisory Board. Previously he worked at IST Group of companies as a Managing Director in charge of the international investments and was a chairman of the Board of Directors in Olo del Peru. Mr Mints serves as a member of the Board of Directors of United Wagon Company and FG “Future” as well.
Stephen Cohen
Stephen is a Member of the Supervisory Committee and is a Non-Executive Director of EGCA UK. Stephen has worked in the financial industry for over 37 years in London, New York and Tokyo, including 20 years with Mercury Asset Management, during which he led and started multiple asset management businesses, including latterly being CEO of an activist asset manager.
